Alabama court says fleeing man can't appeal

The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals ruled 5-0 Friday that Stan Dubose forfeited his right to appeal by fleeing and he "cannot profit from his total disrespect for the judicial process." Dubose was convicted of second-degree assault and second-degree kidnapping in Bullock County in December 1995.
